Looks nice... but that's about it

I purchased this snowboard bag to use on a business trip that included a day on the mountain. The bag arrived in nice condition. It looked sturdy as soon as I placed my board in the bag, zipped it up and put the shoulder strap on my shoulder, the strap ripped right out of the bag, dropping my board right to the floor... (poor sewing job) That put the strain 100% on the handle and that too is starting to go. I contacted the seller and they basically said, "not our problem as this was fulfilled by Amazon".

So far so good...

This year will be our first time flying out of Hawaii bringing along our equipment for a winter vacation so I was looking for a padded bag to put my daughter's snowboard in. Her board is a 151 cm board and I was able to pack it in along with the bindings with a lot of room left. By the looks of it, you could probably pack in all of your snow gear in this bag including boots, helmet, googles, gloves, pants, jacket and beanie. I have other size boards but haven't had a chance to fit them in since it's being stored on the mainland at a relatives house but it does look like it'll fit the second largest board (157 cm) with bindings I have and still have room.

Since this is a first, I'm wasn't sure how the airlines would handle my bag, so to protect my board even further, I add more padding using a couple of insulated snow pants (5 pairs) with still more room just to see how it would look and feel.

Only time will tell how long this bag will last, but for the price, it can't be beat.

After our trip, I'll update this review.

Looks great, fits 2 boards simultaneously (157 & 152 cm) and one pair of boots and gloves. Feels durable, fabric is pretty thick.
