Warm, easy to wear, well designed

I've been very pleased with this Balaclava. I use it for a 25 minute walk each morning to work and even in weather conditions that are around 20F with gusty winds, my face stays nice and warm. It fits comfortably under a ball cap and is surprisingly effective at keeping my ears warm.
Most pleasing is the folded "tube" for the nose. It provides enough overhang beyond the tip of the nose to keep things warm, while I'm still able to breathe in cold air, and--importantly--leaves enough room that a little nose running doesn't turn into a big mess.

Just in Time

I got this item for my son for Christmas. Two days later we went skiing in less than ideal conditions - blowing snow, with temperatures close to zero, when factoring in wind chill. The balaclava performed beautifully and allowed him to do a lot of skiing without getting frostbit!

could be better could be worse

will keep family warm. needs some repair work. two out of 3 hats started coming apart when they got put on. not worth the hassel of trying to return them. will try to see what i can do to repair them. the seller seemed nice. just dont like handling returns as any return is usually more problems than its worth so i did not contact the seller.
