Sizing is completely wrong

I ordered a M/L for my 4 year old son. I went to Lucky Bums website, read their sizing guide and measured my son's head according to the directions from Lucky Bums. Before the order arrived, I was at a store and tried on a Giro brand helmet in a youth M/L - it fit great so I was excited for the helmet to arrive. The Lucky Bums helmet doesn't even go on my son's head. Their sizing is completely wrong. I had read the reviews that said this, but was confident when I took the extra step of going to Lucky Bums website. Do not order this helmet, I now have to go through the hassle of returning it and paying for the return.

Great helmet, good coverage and fit. Provides warmth and my 8 year old daughter loves the color so that means she will wear it.
